Pack 3123 Den Duties - 2008/2009

In order to ensure that the pack meetings are enjoyable for the scouts and that no single den is overburdened, the following list of Den Duties has been created to more evenly distribute the work necessary for a successful pack meeting.

In general, the senior (and more experienced) scouts will be responsible for the flag openings and closings at the beginning of the year. The ceremonies will rotate downward through the ranks as the year progresses ending with the Tigers. The den which is responsible for the skit or entertainment may choose any type of entertainment they wish while trying to involve all the scouts in that den. If more than one den is listed, those dens may choose to prepare a skit together or each may do it's own. The den which is responsible for refreshments should plan to provide drinks and cookies or some similar snack. Remember to keep your receipts...the pack will reimburse you for those expenses.
